Christmas is slowly approaching, thus a good reason for a little recycling - the topper is from last year; worlds-most-expensive-christmas-bauble.
 
 
 
 
 
I love my new textures from EdibleCreators - nice price too! -The borders are not cut though, but this can be done with a ruler or as here, with the end of a writing-tip.

I´ve just been on a short trip to Birmingham to visit NEC´s Cake International. One of the most important things i packed for this event was of course my camera - and of course i remembered to make sure the battery was fully loaded, still it ran out after about 3 hours. And i wasn´t even through half the competition area yet :(
So I´m patiently waiting for people to get back and upload their photos, because in some strange way we seem to have missed a few tables. That surely indicates that only one day at this event isn´t nearly enough.

Truffles - cars this time



2 chocolate Mud cakes, a batch of chocolate ganache and zest from a couple of oranges makes great truffle-dough. Stuffed in a car-chocolate mold.
