My daughter helped me make these today, for my birthday-brunch. She also made American Banana-pancakes :-) She´s so grown up already!
I always make Cinnamon rolls for brunch, but this time in a muffin-case, wich worked perfect. The idea comes from Paris Pastry.

Those muffin-cases are so useful, i plan on making pizza-rolls in them as well, and i also use them for scrambled eggs with bacon-toppings. It leaves your bunch-plate so neat and tidy :-)
