My cakes in 2007

 

2007 - when i made cake for almost any occasion...
My cake-club had its first anniversary, and we decided to make a spectacular cake to celebrate! When the day came, we were most hooked on cookies though - so the spectacular cake did not become very spectacular at all! -See if you can find it :)

This year also had room for a couple of courses; Run out with gel, bas relief, patchwork, christening, and a craddle course.

Lots of fun this year - Hey, let´s have even more fun in a wold of sugar in 2008!

This was my contribution to the winther-competition at Kagekompagniet in 2006.

I´d seen Marzela Sanchez demonstrate how to make sugardolls in Birmingham.

 

It won 1. prize :)

My daughter also won 1. prize in childrens competition, so this was a great day ;-)

Wonderful cakes, congratulations!!! (even though in was in 2006 :-) ) Your lady figure is stunning, the best i've seen!!! Have you done any tutorials that are available to the public?

Thank you Annette, i´m thinking of making a tutorial, but i want to wait until i get my new camera! :-)

A Tilda Egg. This is my first competition-cake.

A small easter-competition at Kagekompagniet. It´s a Pina Colada cake

with nougat-ganache and cover of marzipan with decorations of sugarpaste.

It won 1. prize :)
