Rosey chocolate bites

I had to do something, not only did i buy the cutest muffin-cases, but also a jar of home-made rose-jelly. Fortunately i had a chocolate cake in the freezer, and some white chocolate, so before i knew of it, i had these tasty little cakebites with a dot of rose jelly on top, surrounded by brim of chocolate buttercreme, topped with a white chocolate ganache! -Yum.

Victorian Lady

I made this doll a couple of years ago and i finally had a good reason to make her a cake. This dummy was created just for her so i could take her to Scandinavian Cakeshow.

Colours: Americolor´s Warm chocolate, Avocado, Ivory, super red and Edible Art Lemon Gold diluted in clear alcohol.
