Easiest Fudge recipe ever

In just about 10 minutes you´ll have prepared a tasty chewable fudge following this easy recipe:
Ingredients: 340g dark chocolate chips - 1 can sweetened condensed milk - 1 tablespoon cream - 1 tablespoon butter - 2 tablespoons peanutbutter

Place chips and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, stirring at 1 minute intervals, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth and thick. Stir in cream, butter and peanutbutter until combined. Pour in a greased baking tin, and leave in a cold place until next day. Cut in bite-sizes.

Makes about 1 kg fudge

Additional; Add marshmellows, chopped nuts, chopped candy canes, dried fruit or try milk/mint chocolate, white chocolate or whatever you feel like :)

I found the recipe here - the reviews are worth reading, many great ideas for this recipe.

For Madeleine

This weekend I spent in the company of fondant, icing and cake tools. It surely has been a while, the last fondant cake I made was in October 2012..

I've made lots of decoration work since 2012, but no real cake projects. So it was fun to try again - I admit I'm a little out of practice, but it went anyway.

The cakes are for my cousin's little pretty girl who had a christening today and they are plain layercakes with raspberry mousse and lemoncurd.

-I have not missed the taste of fondant ...

My cakes in 2013

I only made af few dummies in 2013 because a break from fondant was needed. I don´t think I´ll get back to the same amount of fondant-cakes ever again, but I´ll leave the blog open, because many people still uses it for inspiration - even though there has been no uopdates for a year now.
I will, of course share if i get any interesting projects, but for now - thanks for stopping by in 2013 :)

I wish you all the best in 2014 - have fun in a world of sugar :)
